Our team is headed by John Everhart Associate Broker, BA University of California at Santa Cruz 1978, MBA (MIM) University of Denver 1980. John has over a decade of experience as a Prudential Realtor . He is among the top 3%of Realtors nationally and continues as the #1 agent with Prudential in Tucson for 2008- 2010 (and with your help- hopefully many years to come)! John is married with five children (all grown). He has three grandsons, two god-grandsons & one god-grandaughter. He is a generalist and enjoys working with everyone: short sales and distressed listings, residential properties- from fixer-uppers to million dollar homes, income property- from single family homes and duplexes to multiple units and land! John enjoys music, camping and traveling overseas once per year (so far he and his wife Diane have journeyed to Ireland, Russia, Mongolia, China, Indonesia , India and hopefully to Ethiopia in 2011)! John thrives on challenges and believes that for most of his clients, the buying and selling of their home is the most important financial decision in their lives! Kathie Grabosch- Realtor -ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) , SFR (Short Sale/Foreclosure Resource Cerified) graduated from the University of Arizona in 1995 with a BA in Elementary Education and is a 1989 graduate of Rincon High School. She is married with three children and taught for 11 years in the Vail School District. An Old Pueblo native, Kathie is active in her Church- singing in the choir. She is also a Little League board member and a site council member at her daughter's elementary school and volunteers in many civic activities. She wants to help you find your home- not just a house. Kathie joined our team in 2007 and had over $1,000,000 in sales in recent years! In 2009 Kathie became a multi-million dollar producer! Manuel Gadea- Realtor- graduated from Our Lady of Mount Carmel School in Lima Peru in 1971. He has earned many degrees: Industrial Engineering (Universidad Nacional de Ingeniera- Lima- 1978), Economics (Universidad de Lima- 1980), Masters in Industrial Engineering (Universidad Nacional de Ingeniera- Lima- 1981), Accounting (Massey Business College- Houston, Texas- 1982 and Real Estate (Brodsky- 1989 and Hogan - 2010)! Manuel is fluent in Spanish and has been a Tucson resident since 1984. Manuel has extensive real estate experience as a Developer and currently is a the General Manager of Rinconado Estates in Northeast Tucson (custom 3.3 acre sites in a 50 acre development)! Manuel is married with two teenage sons! He enjoys playing golf, squash, skiing, soccer and cycling! He has a strong work ethic and desire to help you with your real estate needs!
Our newest team member, Cathy Vega- Realtor- GRI, has a dozen years of real estate experince! Cathy has a caring and compassionate attitude and enjoys working with everyone! Originally from Portland Maine, Cathy graduated from Washington High School in Phoenix, Arizona in 1969. In 1973 Cathy earned her BS in Interior Design from Northern Arizona University. Residential homes have been her passion ever since! Cathy has "called Tucson home" for thirty-eight years now! She has been blessed with three children (all adults nowadays) and two wonderful grandchildren! Cathy is very active as a volunteer with Heart of Tucson Horse Rescue and serves in many other community organizations! As a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), Cathy has achived the highest and most prestigious residential specialist designation recognized nationally. Cathy is completely committed to serving her clients with the very highest professional and ethical standards! We are proud and grateful to have Cathy Vega on our team!
